Courses fees

For all Diploma Courses, Short Courses & Workshops

The price is given on each course registration form. The prices are also available for consultation on the website of ‘ESR LONDON’

Your unconditional acceptance letter confirming your enrolment on the course will not be issued until full payment of course fees (or the first instalment, if applicable) has been received. Course fees include VAT. All prices are marked as ALL TAXES INCLUDED.

Students should be aware that they will be unable to start the course, even if they have paid their deposit unless the required fees are paid in full.

In case of payments made by companies, it is the responsibility of the student to assure successful reception of the payment by the organisation concerned. In the case of partial support from the company, the part not supported will be directly billed to the student. If the care agreement from the company does not reach ‘ESR LONDON’ by the first day of the course, ‘ESR LONDON’ holds the rights to bill the entire cost of the course to the student.

Our prices are fixed. In the case of a classroom course, or one which has a classroom section, the prices include the learning materials used during the course.

‘ESR LONDON’ holds the right to modify, at any moment, the prices of the courses offered on its website. The price billed to the student will be the one given at the time when the reservation was made.

‘ESR LONDON’ holds the right to:

  • exclude the student from the course if the student has not submitted the purchase order to ‘ESR LONDON’ before the start of the course.
  • refuse all registration of a student for legitimate and non-discriminatory motives, and notably refuse all orders from an applicant with whom there exists a current dispute over payment of a previous order.

The balance of your course fees must be paid in full at the latest, 4 weeks before the course starts.

All Diploma Courses, Short Courses & Workshops

If you wish to withdraw from your course, your request should be made in writing with acknowledgement of receipt.

You have the right to cancel your booking within 14 days of booking and making the payment in accordance with our terms and conditions.

In this case, no money can be required from the student, the deposit, where appropriate, will be refunded.

Thereafter, you are not entitled to a refund.

Should any prospective international student’s Visa application be refused for any reason, ESR LONDON will refund the fees paid only if all compliance checks have been satisfactorily completed. These compliance checks are communicated to all prospective international students as part of their application process.

Organisation and running of your video lessons

The visio lessons are planned from one time to another between the teacher and yourself.

Therefore, in a case where you are unable to attend your organized visio lesson, you must inform your point of contact 24 hours in advance. The same goes for your lesson, which lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. You must therefore, during this hour and a half, be completely available and organized in order to diligently follow the proceeding of your course module.

When it comes to a late cancellation, so less than 24 hours in advance, your lesson will be considered as given, and therefore lost, unless proof of the reason is provided. The same goes for lessons which are interrupted before the end of the allotted time.

You will have personal access to our e-learning platform for a duration of 6 months, starting from the day where your logins for the e-learning platform are created. If you wish, you are able to benefit from an extra month of access, which would therefore be invoiced to you at a cost of £30 including VAT.

Summer Camp Course

If your written request to withdraw is received more than six weeks before the start of the course, you will be entitled to a full refund. Thereafter you will be entitled to an 80% refund of the course fee if cancellation occurs up to the start of the course. If cancellation occurs within the first week of the commencement date of the course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. If cancellation occurs at any time thereafter, no part of the course fee will be refunded.

Should any prospective international student’s Visa application be refused for any reason, ESR LONDON will refund the fees paid only if all compliance checks have been satisfactorily completed. These compliance checks are communicated to all prospective international students as part of their application process.

Note: if you are paying in instalments, the same policy applies in regards to term payments and the start of each course.

If you do not hold a UK/EU/EEA passport, you will need to obtain a student visa that allows you to study with us. This doesn’t apply to online courses.

For information please see the Home Office website.

It is your responsibility to determine how far in advance you need to apply for a visa and to allow for enough time to obtain a visa. You will not be permitted to start the course if you do not have a visa that allows you to study, and in such instance, will not be eligible for any refund of your course fees. We may be able to defer you to a later course, though there is no guarantee.

Before we can issue your unconditional acceptance letter and confirm your place on the course, you will need to send in a scan of your passport and visa to the Admissions team, so we have copies of your documents for our records. On arrival at the ESR London, you will need to present your passport and visa to reception for us to double-check with the scan we have on file.

Please ensure that your place on the course is confirmed before making any travel and accommodation arrangements.

Students recognise and accept that no part of the course fee goes toward payment of such insurance and that ESR LONDON has no obligation to provide such insurance.

The student must sign up to and maintain, for the duration of the course, a civil responsibility insurance provision covering any injuries, material damages, immaterial damages, direct or indirect, susceptible to being caused by his doings, to the detriment of ESR LONDON.

In all cases, the responsibility of ESR LONDON cannot be engaged for any indirect damages such as loss of belongings, files, operating loss, commercial damage, economic shortfalls or attacks on its image and reputation.

In all cases, the responsibility of ESR LONDON is excluded if there is a situation of force majeure.

Cancellation & charges

ESR LONDON reserves the right to cancel any courses prior to the commencement of the course at its discretion if the number of members enrolled on the course, or other unexpected circumstances might (in the opinion of ESR LONDON) compromise the standards pursued by ESR LONDON. The communication of any such cancellation will be given at least one week (7 days) before the scheduled commencement of the course without any liability on the part of ESR LONDON save that any course fees already paid will be entirely refunded or a credit will be given.

Courses are organised according to the schedules, dates, and programmes established by the ESR LONDON direction from time-to-time. ESR LONDON reserves the right, at any time, to amend any aspect of the courses as it may be necessary.

ESR LONDON holds the right to postpone the course, to change the location of its running, the contents of its programs or the teachers, whilst respecting the same teaching quality of the initial stage, if circumstances beyond their control oblige them to.

Appeal procedure for rejected applications

ESR LONDON reserves the right to reject an application if they deem the student is unsuitable for admission on to a particular course. Individuals whose application has been rejected are welcome to appeal by formally writing to ESR LONDON and requesting that their application be re-reviewed. ESR LONDON will then review the application for a second time and come to a decision. Students who have been rejected are permitted to apply for other courses, but they are only permitted to appeal their application for any single course once.

Student conduct

Students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner and to recognise that other students also require support and assistance. If a student becomes persistently disruptive, we reserve the right to issue a verbal or written warning and, if this does not resolve the situation, we may, at our discretion, require the student to leave the course. In such circumstances, no refund of any course fees will be due.

By enrolling in any course offered by ESR LONDON students agree to comply fully with the disciplinary rules of ESR LONDON. In addition to compliance with the disciplinary rules of ESR LONDON we require that students maintain a good attendance record, a rigorous respect for the schedule of lessons and a responsible attitude towards ESR LONDON staff and facilities. Failure to adhere fully to these rules may result in disciplinary measures being taken against the offending student.

Students understand that should they have legal or medical problems while they are enrolled at ESR LONDON, they will attend to the matter personally and with their own funds. They accept that ESR LONDON will not provide any personal or financial assistance.

Conditional acceptance

A student’s place will be subject to the student meeting any offer conditions that ESR LONDON shall notify to the student in writing such as obtaining particular qualifications and/or satisfying all necessary legal and other requirements to study in the United Kingdom on the chosen course (for example in relation to health checks and immigration clearance).

Force majeure

ESR London shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance, in whole or part, of any of their obligations arising from or attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond their reasonable control including, but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving our workforce or the workforce of any other party), acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm, pandemics, epidemics or other outbreaks of disease or infection, failure in the public supply of electricity, heating, lighting, air conditioning or telecommunications equipment.
