Organisation and running of your video lessons
The visio lessons are planned from one time to another between the teacher and yourself.
Therefore, in a case where you are unable to attend your organized visio lesson, you must inform your point of contact 24 hours in advance. The same goes for your lesson, which lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. You must therefore, during this hour and a half, be completely available and organized in order to diligently follow the proceeding of your course module.
When it comes to a late cancellation, so less than 24 hours in advance, your lesson will be considered as given, and therefore lost, unless proof of the reason is provided. The same goes for lessons which are interrupted before the end of the allotted time.
E-Learning
You will have personal access to our e-learning platform for a duration of 6 months, starting from the day where your logins for the e-learning platform are created. If you wish, you are able to benefit from an extra month of access, which would therefore be invoiced to you at a cost of £30 including VAT.
Summer Camp Course
If your written request to withdraw is received more than six weeks before the start of the course, you will be entitled to a full refund. Thereafter you will be entitled to an 80% refund of the course fee if cancellation occurs up to the start of the course. If cancellation occurs within the first week of the commencement date of the course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. If cancellation occurs at any time thereafter, no part of the course fee will be refunded.
Should any prospective international student’s Visa application be refused for any reason, ESR LONDON will refund the fees paid only if all compliance checks have been satisfactorily completed. These compliance checks are communicated to all prospective international students as part of their application process.
Note: if you are paying in instalments, the same policy applies in regards to term payments and the start of each course.

ESR LONDON holds the right to postpone the course, to change the location of its running, the contents of its programs or the teachers, whilst respecting the same teaching quality of the initial stage, if circumstances beyond their control oblige them to.
